belt conveyor is widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. The transfer system can be one single or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments according to various transferring requirements.
Belt Conveyor Working & Runinng Tips
1. the transferring quantity is under the following situations:
the density of the material is 1.0t/m^3~1.6t/m^3; the transferring obliquity is ≤18 degrees; the accumulating angle is 30 degree.
2. the belt convey is suitable for materials whose density is below 2.5t/m^3.
3. the length of the belt is not limited to the data in the table. It can be customized.
